We required a ‘re-ridging’ and having seen him over a period of time undertaking work in Sussex on the property adjacent to our daughter, arranged for him to visit us in Hampshire. His assessment visit was thorough and painstakingly careful. Unlike many who regard themselves as ‘thatchers’, he spent an hour and took ladders to the roof to undertake a thorough examination. This was followed with a prompt and detailed quotation. A start date was agreed and adhered to.
